Tickets may only be transferred once and must be done by the original purchaser only. To transfer your ticket please email our ticketing manager, Jennifer McDonald, at jenniferm@kpgmedia.com Please reference the order number, original purchaser's name and the name of the person you are transferring to. Once your ticket transfer request has been received a confirmation e-mail stating your order has been notated will be sent. E-tickets may only be scanned and used once. If your ticket has already been scanned you will be denied entry.
