Blaine Convention Services has been selected as the official general service contractor for the IMATS Los Angeles 2013. As an exhibitor, we understand your time is valuable as you face a list of overwhelming deadlines and decisions.
Below is a link to Blaine’s new online marketplace, which provides an easy way for you to order all of your show services. This new system is user friendly and visually driven, making it easy to navigate. Please click below to be directed to Blaine’s marketplace. You should have an email from Blaine with your own personal username and password login information, or you can call Blaine’s Exhibitor Service Department at (714) 522-8270 to reset your password.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth package comes with: 8’ high black/white/black background drape, 3’ high black side divider drape, 1 – 7” x 44” booth identification sign, 1 – 8’ table draped black, two folding chairs, one wastebasket and four exhibitor badges.
Exhibitors are responsible for ordering any additional items for their booth, such as: carpet, electrical outlets, lighting, phone/hard-wired Internet lines, wi-fi, additional furniture, etc. The main show floor is not carpeted; Exhibit Hall Two will have carpet. Aisles will be carpeted in pepper colors. Please pay special attention to ordering deadline dates on all order forms so you can be sure to take advantage of discounted pricing.
